About This Role
We are seeking a reliable, high-precision Welder to join our production team. If you are an experienced professional based in or willing to relocate to Malta, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Use electricity and torches to produce heat and solder together components made from steel, titanium, copper and other metals.
- Weld small components like copper plumbing for residential use and large ones like pipelines for power plants or beams for buildings and bridges.
- Consult blueprints and sketches in order to execute jobs and tasks to specification.
- Assesses equipment, structures and materials for appropriate welding positions and methods
- Operate welding equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience in welding or a similar role
- A strong command of the English language
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality works
- Trade qualifications or vocational training in welding is preferred
