About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and certified Tower Crane Operator to operate and manage tower cranes on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and precise handling of material, working collaboratively with site personnel to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate tower cranes for loading, lifting, and moving building materials with precision.

· Inspect and maintain crane systems daily, reporting any issues promptly.

· Follow all health and safety regulations, including Malta Work Health and Safety guidelines.

· Coordinate with site supervisors and ground crew to ensure smooth operations.

· Maintain accurate records of crane usage and safety checks.

What We're Looking For

· Valid tower crane operator certification/license recognized in Malta.

· Minimum of 2–3 years of tower crane operation experience on construction sites.

· Sound knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

· Ideally already working in Malta.

· Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
