About This Role

The position has been established to provide quality care and support, as part of a team, to the service users in their commitment to providing quality services to the people in our supported living environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the delivery of high quality care through a person-centered approach that is focused on maintaining individual dignity and respect while promoting opportunities within the community.
  • To have an open communication with the Team leader to help maximize the level of care in the day to day running of the service.
  • To mentor Support Workers in their initial stages of work and to act as their point of referral
