About This Role
We are a well-established construction company operating in Malta, delivering a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings for concrete and steel structures
- Assess structural integrity of new and existing buildings in line with local regulations
- Liaise with architects, project managers, contractors, and authorities
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction
- Ensure compliance with Maltese standards, Eurocodes, and health & safety regulations
- Prepare technical reports and method statements where required
- Support project planning, value engineering, and problem-solving on site
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering
- Warrants to practice as an engineer in Malta
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in structural engineering within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and Maltese building regulations
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
