About This Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Shutterer to join our construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient materials are available to erect shutter work in accordance with the architect’s plans.

Carry out all works to the required quality standards, following Site Manager instructions and maintaining correct levels.

Ensure columns are properly plumbed and that the required concrete cover is maintained.
- Confirm concrete has reached the required strength before removing shuttering; consult the Manager/Supervisor if in doubt.
- Clean wood after curing by removing protruding nails and excess concrete, and stack dismantled shuttering safely.
- Always wear company-provided protective clothing, use stable working platforms, and wear safety harnesses when working at heights.
- Use appropriate tools for each task, take proper care of all equipment (especially electrical tools), and keep the work area clean to maintain hygiene and safety.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Shutterer in the construction industry will be considered as an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
