About This Role

The Procurement Executive plays a key role in ensuring the efficient sourcing of materials and services across the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes end-to-end—ensuring that goods and services are acquired at the optimal balance of price, quality, delivery, and compliance—while maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
  • Analyse supplier quotations and conduct comparative evaluations to support informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate favourable pricing, terms, and conditions to maximise value for the Group.
  • Oversee purchase order issuance and follow through to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier data for reporting and traceability.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare procurement reports and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and service quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a procurement or purchasing environment will be considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and vendor management practices.
  • Proven analytical capability with experience in cost analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured manner.
