Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring operational excellence? Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, the Services Executive role is a critical, multifaceted position responsible for supervising the operational efficiency of our Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Front Office departments. You will uphold and advance our company’s high standards of cleanliness, service excellence, and professionalism, coordinating daily operations, managing personnel and resources, and fostering positive relationships with residents, relatives, employees, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Department:

  • Lead the Housekeeping team to maintain company standards through effective process implementation and strategic task assignments.
  • Ensure consistent linen provision, conduct monthly stock assessments, and manage requisition orders within budget.
  • Oversee laundering procedures, perform spot checks, and ensure compliance with infection control measures.

Kitchen Department

  • Ensure daily food orders meet meal provisions and nutrition standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and enforce optimal storage practices.
  • Supervise cleaning schedules, conduct monthly stock assessments, oversee kitchen staff rosters, manage budgetary guidelines, and ensure adherence to HACCP plans and legal checks.

Front Office Department

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the Securities and Receptionist team.
  • Direct daily operations, including handling inquiries and managing phone communications effectively.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly resolve issues, and cultivate positive client relationships.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a Care Home management or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of budget management and stock control.
  • Familiarity with HACCP plans and legal standards in food safety
