Experience Required: 3 years

Duties:

• Foreign Purchases + NSO Declarations
• Manage the whole accounts payable processes, including payments, invoicing, credit control and follow-up of overdue payments;
• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information;
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage any discrepancies;
  Assist in the submission of VAT returns;
  Provide financial reports and periodic analysis of accounts for different stakeholders;
  Participate in meetings with various departments, management and executives;
•  Assisting with the Auditing Process Application to payments
• Prepare and provide regular cash flow forecasts and reports to Managements;

Requirements:

• Assisting with the Auditing Process Application to payments
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and/or Business Central will be considered an asset);
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• An A Level qualification in Accounts, an AAT qualification, or possession of a number of ACCA exams, or related;
