Key Responsibilities

· As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently in line with project requirements and industry regulations.

· You will ensure all scaffolding materials are properly inspected before use and are handled in accordance with best practices.

· You will verify that all scaffolding structures are stable, secure, and fully compliant with health and safety standards.

· You will assist with loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials to and from various work sites.

· You will carry out all scaffolding work according to instructions provided by supervisors or foremen.

· You will ensure that all required personal protective equipment—including harnesses, helmets, gloves, and safety boots—are always worn while on site.

· You will maintain a clean and organized work area, free from unnecessary materials and potential hazards.

· You will promptly report any damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or incidents to management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a scaffolder within the construction industry.

Demonstrated ability to work at heights safely and confidently.

Solid understanding of scaffolding safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Relevant scaffolding certifications will be considered an asset.

Possession of a valid driving licence.
