SALES AND EVENT EXECUTIVE
CaterEssence is one of the largest and leading privately owned contract caterers in Malta. Established in 2010, CaterEssence operates from a central food processing unit spread over 2000 sq. metres at ‘The Landmark’ in Qormi. We operate and specialise in hotel contract catering, care home catering, outside catering and producing a wide variety of delicious pastries. CaterEssence employs +200 dedicated personnel, including over qualified 50 chefs who design, prepare, cook and serve our food and pastries in a various locations around Malta.
Chosen candidate will be responsible for promotions and sales of several F&B venues within number of locations in Malta. Will participate on developing relationships with clients through superior customer service and coordinate arrangements for all meetings and events. Will develop and oversee the event calendar, create quotes and invoices for clients and collaborate with F&B team to ensure successful operation and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes
Excellent organisational knowledge. Outstanding time management skills. Superb customer relations competency. Ability to learn and work with various event booking systems. Fluent in both verbal and written English. Proficient in Word and Excel. Computer literate.
The chosen candidate must also be in possession of a clean driving license. Previous experience in hotels, preferably in the Events and Sales departments would be considered an asset.
Title and remuneration will depend on the chosen candidates’s previous experience
