Due to continued expansion of the Company’s operations, we are currently seeking a:

FULL-TIME

Vassallo Builders Ltd is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join its Commercial team and support the financial and contractual management of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering, estimating, and pricing of works
Cost control, budgeting, and project forecasting
Preparation of subcontractor and piecework contracts
Monthly valuations, applications for payment, and certifications
Monitoring project costs and reporting variances
Liaison with Project Managers, Commercial team, and Accounts

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
2–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Knowledge of contract administration and cost control
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard QS tools
Experience in a contracting environment is an asset
