This is an ideal role for a self-driven, passionate, and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can identify process improvements and implement best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing highly diversified maintenance duties and will be called to install, troubleshoot and repair, while offering exceptional levels of customer service.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Inspect properties periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance;
• Plan, schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance and upkeep of properties;
• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations while ensuring that they are compliant with all relevant regulations and procedures;
• Oversee equipment stock and assign repair schedules when necessary
• Perform general maintenance activities such as painting, plumbing, perform electrical repairs and installations
• Carry out any ad hoc work or projects that may be requested 

We’re looking for people who have:

• In possession of Electrical Licence A & B
• An ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure.
• A methodical approach to work and problem solving.
• At least three years experience in a similar role.

• A qualification relating to maintenance or engineering will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of health and safety and environmental regulations
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
