Are you a skilled joinery carpenter with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We’re looking for a talented and reliable Joinery Carpenter & Installer to join our team and work on a range of bespoke and commercial fit-out projects.

As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing custom joinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood and wood-based products
• Install joinery items such as cabinetry, doors, staircases, partitions, skirting, and cladding
• Operate and maintain woodworking tools and machinery safely
• Work on-site to install fitted furniture and complete installations to high quality standards
• Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and other trades
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards
• Carry out adjustments, repairs, and finishing work when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a joinery carpenter and installer (minimum 5 years preferred)
• Strong technical skills in both workshop joinery and site installation
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately
• Competent in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Good understanding of joinery materials
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
• Trade qualifications or vocational training in carpentry/joinery (preferred)
