The role

As part of the housekeeping team based at Campus Hub, you will attend to any cleaning requirements, covering the below main responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning rooms, bathrooms and public areas.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replenishing amenities according to operational standards.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Assisting guests with any requests or needs they may have.
• Returning and restocking cleaning cart at the end of the shift.
• Performing rotation cleaning duties as required.
• Updating task sheet on rooms cleaned.
• Communicating with your superior on any lost and found items.
• Other ad-hoc reporting as it may be required.

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to speak in English
• Good communication skills
• Have one (1) year experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
