The Role

CareMalta Group, offering healthcare services, is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will oversee the financial operations of the sub-companies within the group while also playing a pivotal role when it comes to managing the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts in a timely manner
• Preparing and submission of VAT returns
• Assigning and reviewing of tasks of other junior members
• Liaising with external auditors and other third parties
• Handle all aspects in relation to Cashflow management
• Being the primary point of contact to key stakeholders
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Supervising the junior team members
• Other ad hoc duties as needed from time to time

Skills and Requirements:

• The individual needs to be Qualified Accountant or in the final stages to get qualified.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency and proficiency in both written and spoken English; Proficiency in Maltese will be considered an asset
