Job Description
In this position you will be part of the finance team performing duties related to inventory, costing of items and other duties.
Role and Responsibilities
- Management of inventory in accounting system and point of sales.
- Liaising with purchasing department on inventory queries.
- Assisting stores department on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Performance of monthly stock-taking in locations
- Inputting of stock takes into the system and posting of journals
- To assist in any other duties as deemed necessary.
Person Specification (Skills; knowledge; experience; attitude)
- Dedicated, having excellent communication skills.
- Multitasking ability coupled with flexible attitude towards work.
- Reliable and honest.
- Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role or catering industry.
