Are you a skilled joinery carpenter with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We’re looking for a talented and reliable Joinery Carpenter & Installer to join our team and work on a range of bespoke and commercial fit-out projects.
As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing custom joinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood and wood-based products
- Install joinery items such as cabinetry, doors, staircases, partitions, skirting, and cladding
- Operate and maintain woodworking tools and machinery safely
- Work on-site to install fitted furniture and complete installations to high quality standards
- Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and other trades
- Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Carry out adjustments, repairs, and finishing work when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a joinery carpenter and installer (minimum 5 years preferred)

We are a leading Maltese joinery and metalwork manufacturer currently seeking an experienced Draughtsperson to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical drafting within the joinery and/or architectural metalwork sectors and possess solid knowledge of materials and fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed technical drawings for bespoke joinery and architectural metalwork projects.
- Interpret architectural and structural plans to produce clear shop and assembly drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, materials, and fixing methods.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, production staff, and site teams to ensure technical accuracy and design feasibility.
- Specify appropriate materials and finishes, considering structural integrity, durability, and aesthetics.
- Integrate proprietary systems, hardware, or fittings through coordination with suppliers and fabricators.
- Ensure proper version control of drawings and maintain up-to-date documentation across departments.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as necessary to gather measurements and support installation planning.

CONCRETE PUMP OPERATOR
FULL TIME
Job Summary:
The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for operating the stationery concrete pump to pour concrete at construction sites and the concrete boom. This role also involves performing general construction duties as required, supporting site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate concrete pumps and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set up and dismantling equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Operate the concrete boom for the placement of concrete .
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure functionality.
- Assist with other construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and general skilled labour duties.
- Ensure compliance with Maltese health and safety standards on all job sites.
- Report equipment malfunctions or site hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating concrete pumps or heavy machinery in a construction environment.
- Basic understanding of concrete properties and handling techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in outdoor conditions.
