Due to continued expansion of the Company’s operations, we are currently seeking a:
SALES & ADMINISTRATION CLERK
FULL TIME
In this position, you will be part of the accounts team with the day-to-day accounting duties, from Monday to Saturday.
Role and Responsibilities
- Sales invoicing of food items and events organization.
- Order processing from clients to kitchens
- Order processing from various internal systems to kitchens
- Liaising with retail outlets on outlet orders and wholesale clients.
- Liaising with logistics personnel.
- Posting of invoices in accounting systems
- To assist in any other accounting duties as deemed necessary.
Person Specification (Skills; knowledge; experience; attitude)
- Dedicated, having excellent communication skills.
- Multitasking ability coupled with flexible attitude towards work.
- Reliable and honest.
- Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.

PART TIME / FULL TIME
Responsibilities will include:
- Dishwashing and keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.
Skills and Requirements:
- Give attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate in English or Maltese;
- Able to work flexible hours including to work evenings and weekends.
- Possession of Food Handling licence B will be considered an asset.
