HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

FULL TIME

The Role

As part of the housekeeping team based at Campus Hub, you will be supervising and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas under the supervision of the Head Housekeeper.


Main Responsibilities include:

• Providing day-to-day direction and support to the housekeeping team.
• Ensuring adherence to established cleaning procedures and standards.
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Assisting guests with any requests or needs they may have.
• Resolving customer complaints and addressing any housekeeping issues.
• Maintaining records and preparing reports related to department activities.
• Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard of cleanliness when needed.
• Carrying out regular checks and reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Managing the laundry process.
• Assist the Head Housekeeper in organising & conducting training on Housekeeping
procedures with the team.
• Managing and motivating the team to meet company expectations.
• Assisting the Head Housekeeper with any reports, rosters, and ordering supplies.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned as required.
• Reporting safety hazards immediately.
• Following all health and safety regulations.
• Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
• Other ad-hoc reporting as may be required.


Skills and Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English;
• Able to build customer relationships and ensure good communication;
• Organizational skills;
• Have one (1) year experience in a similar role in a hotel would be considered an asset;

The role

A vacancy has arisen in our Front Office department for the post of Customer Experience Officer on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate would need to have effective communication skills and be familiar with front office and office duties.

 

Main Responsibilities include:

· Welcoming and checking-in & checking-out guests.

· Preparing documents prior Check-in; including key preparation, booklet with T&Cs and Inventory list.

· Handing out documents to new arrivals & giving a welcome talk (Check-in paperwork and follow up).

· Collecting any pending balance, deposits and Eco Tax.

· Following up on missed deposits/payments/eco tax – issuing reminders when necessary.

· Logging & following up maintenance and housekeeping issues.

· Monitoring email inbox and hello inbox and actioning emails as needed.

· Refunding damage deposits including collection of bank details.

· Daily reporting of day-to-day maintenance in student accommodation and car park.

· Following all health and safety regulations.

· Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

· Other ad-hoc reporting as may be required.

 

Skills and Requirements:

· Have One (1) year experience in a Hotel environment would be considered an asset;

· Organizational skills;

· Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English;

The role

As part of the housekeeping team based at Campus Hub, you will attend to any cleaning requirements, covering the below main responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities include:

· Cleaning rooms, bathrooms and public areas.

· Sweeping and mopping floors.

· Dusting and polishing furniture.

· Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.

· Changing bed linen and making beds.

· Replenishing amenities according to operational standards.

· Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

· Assisting guests with any requests or needs they may have.

· Returning and restocking cleaning cart at the end of the shift.

· Performing rotation cleaning duties as required.

· Updating task sheet on rooms cleaned.

· Communicating with your superior on any lost and found items.

· Other ad-hoc reporting as it may be required.

Skills and Requirements:

· Ability to speak in English

· Good communication skills

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

FULL TIME

The role

As Operations Executive at Campus Hub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the operations to create a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment for students and visitors. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities include:

Customer Experience:
  • Act as a point of contact for student concerns and provide assistance in addressing their needs.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to organize student activities, events, and workshops.
  • Ensure Customer records and files are up to date.
  • Overseas Customer Experience email to ensure student emails are being responded to in a timely manner.
  • Ensure student activities programme and events is being prepared and taking place regularly.
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and motivate a team Customer Experience Officers and Security Personnel.
  • Organise work schedules and rosters for the Customer Experience and Security team.
  • Optimise schedules to ensure budgets are being adhered to
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to ensure high morale and productivity.
Carpark & Facility Management:
  • Oversee the daily carpark operation and coordinate with security
  • Ensure daily cash collection
  • Oversee and ensure membership sales are as per Campus Hub T&C’s.
  • Have an overview of the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises, including common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and recreational facilities.
  • Follow up on repairs and maintenance tasks with the Facilities Manager to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Safety and Security:
  • Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of students and staff.
  • Monitor access control systems and CCTV cameras to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and train staff and students on emergency procedures.
Administrative Duties:
  • Oversee Campus Hub administration, including check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Liaise with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are being cleaned according to our schedules and standards of cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student occupancy, payments, and complaints.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to accommodation, facilities, and services.
  • Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in hospitality or similar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations role/Front Desk Supervisory or similar.
  • Proficient in hotel front desk software such as Cloudbeds.
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Good leadership and training abilities
