The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Recruitment & Selection
- Develop recruitment strategies and create compelling job advertisements.
- Source, screen, shortlist candidates, and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Collaborate with recruitment partners and job portals to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and the onboarding process.
- Prepare the capacity plan for the respective Company, as required.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee personnel files, contracts of employment, probation letters and work permits etc.
- Liaise with the relevant local entities, such as Jobsplus and Identita’ to ensure compliance and timeliness of the required documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures and regulations.
Training & Development
- Assist members of staff with training requests.
- Prepare the training needs analysis for the respective Company, as required.
Payroll and Time & Attendance
- Provide the necessary information and documentation to the payroll department in a timely manner within the set timeframes.
- Provide assistance and support for enquired by employees in a timely manner.
Performance Management
- Carry out performance appraisals within the set timelines.
- Issue development plans as it might be required.
Human Resources Operations
- Manage the daily HR Operations of the Company.
- Ensure accurate and upkeep of documentation in terms of employee records and data.
- Suggest improvements in HR processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness.
Strategic Initiatives and Employee Engagement
- Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organisation, such as talent management, employee engagement and performance management.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and team-building activities.
- Compile Team building activity/activities, for the respective Company for the consecutive year.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee development and career growth opportunities.
Compliance and HR Procedures
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with the relevant labour laws, EU directives and regulations.
- Keep abreast with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure that HR practices align with the legal requirements.
Other duties
- Perform any other HR related duties, as assigned from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of the Department and/or Company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The ideal candidate would be in possession of a recognised HR Qualification.
- Be a people’s person.
- Be meticulous and has an eye for detail.
- Have a ‘can do’ approach.
- Have a good command of both the English and Maltese language.
- Is well versed in the Employment Law.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Works Foreman to join our construction team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, managing resources, and ensuring that works are carried out efficiently, safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Reporting Line
The Civil Works Foreman will report directly to the Works Manager and will be responsible for all site operatives and subcontractors working on projects under their control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise company employees and subcontractors on site
- Motivate, control, and direct workers to maximise performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with employment, building, and health & safety regulations
- Ensure a safe, organised, and compliant working environment at all times
- Implement company health and safety policies and follow recommendations issued by the Health & Safety Manager
- Report accidents, near misses, and incidents promptly and complete all required documentation
- Plan, schedule, and requisition materials in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Monitor material usage, minimise waste, and carry out material reconciliations
- Report losses, damage, or theft of tools, materials, or equipment
- Monitor site costs against bills of quantities
- Minimise wastage and ensure workers are engaged in productive work
- Supervise ongoing works to ensure high-quality workmanship and site cleanliness
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Works Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation and building regulations
- Ability to manage labour, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The Role
As a member of the team, the Maintenance Operative will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property section within Vassallo Group Realty Ltd.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting and overseeing the facilities and reporting any identified faults to the Project Manager and / or the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assisting the Maintenance Team with maintenance of the buildings including painting, general repair work, basic plumbing duties etc.
- Assisting with furniture moves & general day to day needs.
- Ensuring that the properties are clean to the required specifications whilst adhering to defined procedures and managing daily work lists as generated by the Project Manager and / or the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Reporting emergencies in the case of faults with electric and water supply to the Project Manager and / or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Ensuring that all required checklists are completed for all duties.
- Maintaining appropriate records including maintenance jobs and other checks as required.
- Monitoring and reporting stock level of consumable items.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Having two (2) years’ experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
- Organizational skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English;
- Able to build customer relationships and ensure good communication;
- Valid Driving License will be considered an asset.

The role
As Operations Executive at Campus Hub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the operations to create a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment for students and visitors. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities include:
Customer Experience:
- Act as a point of contact for student concerns and provide assistance in addressing their needs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to organize student activities, events, and workshops.
- Ensure Customer records and files are up to date.
- Overseas Customer Experience email to ensure student emails are being responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensure student activities programme and events is being prepared and taking place regularly.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate a team Customer Experience Officers and Security Personnel.
- Organise work schedules and rosters for the Customer Experience and Security team.
- Optimise schedules to ensure budgets are being adhered to
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to ensure high morale and productivity.
Carpark & Facility Management:
- Oversee the daily carpark operation and coordinate with security
- Ensure daily cash collection
- Oversee and ensure membership sales are as per Campus Hub T&C’s.
- Have an overview of the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises, including common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and recreational facilities.
- Follow up on repairs and maintenance tasks with the Facilities Manager to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Safety and Security:
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of students and staff.
- Monitor access control systems and CCTV cameras to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure a secure environment.
- Conduct regular safety drills and train staff and students on emergency procedures.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee Campus Hub administration, including check-ins, and check-outs.
- Liaise with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are being cleaned according to our schedules and standards of cleaning.
- Maintain accurate records of student occupancy, payments, and complaints.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to accommodation, facilities, and services.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in hospitality or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations role/Front Desk Supervisory or similar.
- Proficient in hotel front desk software such as Cloudbeds.
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Good leadership and training abilities
