Key Responsibilities

As a Building Services Engineer, you will:

🔸 Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards, aiming to achieve LEED and other green building certifications.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

🔸 A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

🔸 An Engineer’s Warrant valid in Malta

🔸Possession of an Electrical Works License (A & B) as issued by the Malta Resources Authority would be considered an asset

🔸 Proven experience in designing building services systems for commercial, residential, or institutional projects.

🔸 Proficiency in using relevant software and tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software.

🔸 In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and green building practices.

🔸 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
