The role
As a member of the team, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property section within Vassallo Group Realty Ltd.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Recording Electrical, Water and Gas meter readings.
- Recording hot water temperature.
- Recording chlorine level of first-class water system.
- Daily day-to-day maintenance in student accommodation and car park.
- Installation, testing, modification and commissioning of Extra low voltage system such as but not limited to CCTV System, Fire Alarm and Access control systems and car park system.
- Inspecting guest rooms and making modifications in room layout depending on guests’ requirements on booking.
- Assisting and monitoring sub-contractors working on site and in guest rooms; not limited to hot water system maintenance, electrical power generator and HVAC system routine maintenance.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have two (2) years’ experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
