Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Scaffolder, you will support scaffolders in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures on site.

You will assist in loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials safely.

You will ensure that scaffolding materials are properly and safely stored when not in use.

You will assist in assembling scaffolding structures in accordance with instructions and safety requirements.

You will ensure that all safety procedures are strictly followed during scaffolding operations.

You are expected to wear all required personal protective equipment—including safety helmets, harnesses, gloves, and safety boots—at all times.

You will assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.

You will follow instructions from supervisors and support the team in completing tasks efficiently and safely.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction is considered an asset.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Ability to work safely and confidently at heights.

Good physical condition and ability to perform manual work.

Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Possession of a valid driving licence.
