Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welding Operations: Perform various types of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and other techniques as required by the project.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine welding requirements.
• Fabrication: Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures or products based on specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet safety and quality standards, conducting necessary adjustments as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating welding equipment and handling materials.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean welding tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, fabricators, and other team members to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to welding defects or errors, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualities of Competence

1. A basic understanding of English language and speech;
2. The ability to read technical documents and drawings;
3. Willingness and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times;
4.  A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar profession.
